Jen brings 20+ years of corporate communications and reputation management to the table. Jen started her own advisory practice four years ago after nearly two decades working for the largest global agencies, most recently an EVP/Managing Director with BCW (Burson-Marsteller, WPP) and previously with Edelman. At BCW, Jen created and led the Executive Visibility & Thought Leadership specialty offering, focused on developing thought leadership, enterprise and executive positioning and recognition, and media strategies for clients. She previously ran Executive Positioning for Edelman, New York. Jen helps clients and teams create programs that map to business strategy and move the needle on reputation and social impact.
Jen has worked with organizations and executives in a variety of industries – from financial and professional services giants to consumer brands and major tech players – and across various stages of development – from start-ups and entrepreneurial ventures to Fortune 50 and other large, complex enterprises. Jen has relationships with top-tier conferences and media organizations, as well as leading editors, reporters, and influencers.
Jen is one of the industry’s foremost experts on the World Economic Forum (WEF, Davos), having developed and overseen more than a decade of thought leadership and influencer engagement programs, including nine years on-the-ground in Davos for the WEF’s Annual Meeting. Her work specifically includes: 2024 in partnership with Handshake Partners and Hub Culture running an executive and thought leader studio for on-camera video and podcast interviews for clients and organizations including BCG, S&P Global, (RED), Davos Alzheimer’s Collaborative, Sesame Workshop, and RFK Human Rights; 2022 and 2023 running Hub Culture’s ICEHouse events for clients including Mastercard, Adecco Group, SABIC, McDonough Innovation, Jewel Bank, Unity, and Imperial College Business School; 2018 and 2017 leading communications and visibility for Princeton University; 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 managing CEO positioning and visibility for PwC; and 2014 doing corporate and executive positioning for Tupperware Brands, Nikkei Asian Review, and The UN Global Compact.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dartmouth College and has completed equity analyst training in the insurance sector through SNL Financial’s annual training at Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. She was the New York Chapter President of the Board of the Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS) for two years. Jen is also a member of The Economic Club of New York and the Financial Women’s Association (FWA).
